INSPIRED Life Counseling addresses the stressors in your life and the symptoms they cause, such as depression and anxiety, with guidance to develop insight about why they occur, why they disrupt your life and how to deal with them better. Most people respond well to Inspired Life Counseling. This is a less intensive form at dealing with emotional blocks than Lifehood Memory Recovery, but an effective way to improve functioning in every day life. The goal of Inspired Life Counseling is to live an INSPIRED Life with:
• Intuition: to hear the subtle voice of your mind and to know what to do with it
• Neurology: of your brain as the interpreter and the arbitrator of information
• Spirituality: to give your life meaning
• Physical: wellbeing of your body by having awareness of the interrelationship of your body with mind and spirit
• Insight to be able to understand your behaviors, choices and decisions
• Resolution of blocks and patterns from this life and past lives that keep you stuck
• Emotions that are uncovered, expressed, unblocked and released which may be causing depression and anxiety
• Destiny that is discovered with knowledge of your deepest soul that can let you blossom into the divine human you are meant to be, allowing you to fulfill your life’s purpose and your soul’s destiny.
This form of counseling interweaves the essence of many different therapies drawing on many years of study, exploration, practice and experiences within many disciplines. It is a modality which integrates the biological and physiological, neurological, psychological, emotional, intuitive, and spiritual.
INSPIRED life Counseling is based on:
• traditional medicine by incorporating the role neurology and the brain in the self awareness process.
• traditional psychotherapy by listening intently and compassionately, honoring the stories of a life, while “hearing between the lines”
• Western and Eastern philosophy which pay attention to human problems of existence, and the search for wisdom
• alternative medicine by the integration of the biology and biography in non traditional ways to facilitate the healing process.
• Jungian Psychology by understanding the importance of metaphor, symbolism, and dream language
• energy medicine with the recognition and understanding of the interrelation of energy from the body, energy from the outside world and the energy of emotions and how this affects our physiology, our behavior, and our choices in life.
• trauma work and PTSD relying on the fearlessness of telling an experience, reliving it, experiencing it in the context of an entire life to the most profound depth possible, then finding resolution, not just in the psychology, but at the energetic level, allowing for a restructuring of the very fabric of the body and psyche.
• the mystical, spiritual, divine level acknowledging this level is an integral part of the process, that all else is part of this and the reason for being in life, and which is ultimately the path to fulfillment of one’s destiny.
